This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by KK Digital Univers. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy is designed to meet Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram (Meta), and SEO legal compliance standards.
1. Payments
- All prices and payment terms are clearly communicated before starting any project
- Payments may be required in full or partially in advance, depending on the service
- Once a payment is made, it indicates acceptance of our Terms & Conditions and this policy
2. Refund Policy
- All payments are non-refundable once the project has started
- No refunds will be issued for completed work, partially completed work, or services already delivered
- Digital services such as SEO, design, branding, ads setup, and marketing are intangible and non-returnable
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The service has not yet started
- A written refund request is submitted within 24 hours of payment
- Management approval is granted
3. Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellation
- Clients may cancel services by providing written notice via email or official communication channel
- Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed and payable
- Advance payments will not be refunded once work has commenced
Company-Initiated Cancellation
KK Digital Univers reserves the right to cancel or suspend services if:
- Payments are delayed or not received
- The client violates Terms & Conditions
- The client provides unlawful, misleading, or unethical content
In such cases, no refund will be issued for completed or ongoing work.
4. Project Delays & Abandonment
- Delays caused by lack of client response, content, or approvals may result in project rescheduling
- If a project is inactive for more than 30 days due to client non-response, it may be considered abandoned
- No refunds will be provided for abandoned projects
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Clients agree to contact KK Digital Univers first to resolve any billing concerns
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate service termination
- Evidence of work delivered will be used to dispute chargebacks
6. Exceptions
- Any refund or exception must be documented in a written agreement signed by both parties
- Verbal commitments are not considered valid
7. Policy Updates
KK Digital Univers reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
